Many times people don't take into account the business side of innkeeping. I would be very wary of a facility that wasn't proud to show its exterior and at least one photo of the inside of each room. Although they might own beautiful homes which have been restored and immaculately decorated, most innkeepers don't even make all their income at the inn.
